We are a leading residential property management company dedicated to delivering high standards of service and upkeep across our portfolio. We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator / Admin to support our maintenance team and ensure smooth daily operations.
Role Overview:
This role bridges the gap between tenants, contractors, and the property management team. You will be responsible for coordinating maintenance tasks, managing schedules, processing admin tasks, and ensuring timely resolution of issues to maintain high resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Log, assign, and track maintenance requests and repairs
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and building staff to ensure timely task completion
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work, invoices, and reports
- Liaise with tenants and respond to queries professionally and efficiently
- Assist with compliance checks, safety logs, and property inspections
- Provide general administrative support to the maintenance and property management teams
- Monitor stock levels for supplies and coordinate purchasing when needed
