We are looking for an experienced, sales-driven Recruitment Consultant to support recruitment across facilities management, property, building services, maintenance, and related sectors.

Previous recruitment agency experience is essential. This is a full-cycle recruitment and business development role, not solely headhunting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Develop new business and build relationships with clients and hiring managers.
  • Identify recruitment opportunities and secure new vacancies.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
  • Build strong candidate and client pipelines.
  • Provide salary benchmarking and market insight.
  • Work towards agreed recruitment, placement, and revenue targets.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous recruitment agency experience is essential.
  • Experience within facilities management, property, engineering, maintenance, construction, or a related sector.
  • Strong sales, business development, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to win vacancies and successfully place candidates.
  • Confident managing multiple roles in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience using Linked In Recruiter, CV databases, job boards, and ATS platforms.
