We are looking for a confident, proactive and commercially minded Sales & Events Executive to join our team, supporting our rooftop restaurant venues in the heart of Piccadilly Circus. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys hospitality, events and working with people. You will be responsible for handling event enquiries, converting bookings, building strong client relationships and supporting the delivery of memorable events across our rooftop restaurant spaces. You will work closely with the restaurant, operations and marketing teams to maximise sales opportunities, promote our venues and ensure every event runs smoothly from enquiry to completion.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responding to event enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Converting enquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, agencies and corporate bookers
  • Supporting private dining, group bookings, corporate events and celebrations
  • Preparing proposals, contracts and booking details
  • Liaising with operational teams to ensure smooth event delivery
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and helping to grow event revenue
  • Maintaining accurate records and following up on leads

About you:

  • Previous experience in sales, events, restaurants or hospitality
  • Confident communication and strong organisation skills
  • Commercially focused with a proactive approach to sales
  • Able to manage multiple enquiries and bookings at the same time
  • Friendly, professional and guest-focused
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
