We’re on the lookout for a commercially minded Revenue Manager who’s excited by growth and ready to play a key role in shaping our future. In this position, you’ll take the lead on revenue strategy across our current portfolio while also driving the commercial setup for an exciting new property launching soon. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a data-led environment, understands how to turn insights into smart pricing decisions, and knows how to maximise revenue across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with teams across the business—Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations—to ensure we’re aligned, competitive, and positioned for strong performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute revenue strategies that support ongoing growth across the existing portfolio and the new property.
  • Optimise pricing, inventory, LOS controls, and forecasting to maximise revenue potential.
  • Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity, adjusting strategy as needed to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent rate distribution across all channels (OTAs, direct website, corporate, GDS).
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations to align promotions, group business, and commercial initiatives.
  • Analyse performance data, pace trends, and booking insights to guide decision-making.
  • Produce clear revenue reports, forecasts, and insights for senior leadership.
  • Lead the pre-opening revenue strategy for the new property, including pricing architecture, segmentation, and launch planning.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Revenue Management.
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth and improving commercial performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert insights into action.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Proficient with RMS, PMS, CRS, channel managers, and distribution platforms.
  • Confident communicator able to present strategy and insights clearly to stakeholders.
