We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Revenue Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for driving revenue growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for numbers, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:- Trend Analysis and Forecasting: Analyse trends for all revenue streams/hotels and provide detailed analysis to assist in forecasting.
- Market Intelligence Gathering: Work with all relevant BI tools and gather market intelligence to support the Revenue Manager and Management team.
- Distribution Process Improvement: Assist in setting up distribution processes and improving standards and procedures.
- Strategic Participation: Attend strategy meetings and assist in providing analysis and support for the annual budgeting process.
- Reporting and Presentations: Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on revenue performance and trends.
- Analysis and Insights: Conduct analysis and provide insights and feedback to the revenue manager, sales, and management teams.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with BI software.
- Familiarity with systems and distribution channels such as PMS, Atomise (or similar), SiteMinder, GDS, and OTA extranets.
- Experience in a property revenue role.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to present data effectively.
