We are seeking a (Junior) IT Technician to join our team. In this position, you will provide hands‑on technical support across multiple hotel and hospitality sites within the group. You’ll be responsible for maintaining local IT infrastructure, resolving hardware and connectivity issues, and ensuring systems are fully operational to support the day‑to‑day running of the business. This role involves regular travel between sites and requires a proactive, solution‑focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver on‑site support across hotel properties for all IT‑related issues, for business systems
  • Onboarding users, Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, phones, printers, hotel kiosks, and POS systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networking, connectivity, CCTV, and guest services technology
  • Work closely with the central IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
  • Provide on‑site support for hotel events or technical rollouts when required
  • Document issues, fixes, and any changes made to local systems
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service with all staff and departments
  • Keep up to date with IT best practices and hospitality systems

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in an IT support or technician role
  • Office 365, Windows administration
  • Strong understanding of desktop hardware, basic networking, and Windows environments
  • Hands‑on experience with printers, VoIP phones, POS systems, and CCTV equipment
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to support non‑technical users
  • Willingness to work flexibly, including occasional evenings or weekends if required
  • Hospitality experience is a plus but not essential
