Criterion Capital is seeking a proactive, independent, and self-motivated Facilities Manager. We are seeking an experienced FM to oversee the maintenance and operation of our buildings and other infrastructures that require attention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the maintenance and operation of M&E services.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to offer practical recommendations and solutions.
- Ensure compliance and Health & Safety across the portfolio.
- Maintain a tracker of works, keep an inventory of spend, and manage budgets efficiently.
- Oversee and supervise external contractors, ensuring satisfactory completion of works.
- Ensure monthly meter readings are completed accurately.
- Oversee maintenance for buildings and grounds.
- Perform other duties as appropriate to the role.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facilities management, with a strong understanding of M&E services.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
