Criterion Hospitality is seeking a Qualified Electrician to support and oversee the electrical maintenance and compliance of our residential property portfolio. This is a hands-on role suited to a proactive electrician with strong technical knowledge and a commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across residential properties
- Ensure all electrical systems comply with current regulations and safety standards
- Conduct inspections, testing, and certification (EICRs)
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely
- Support refurbishment and minor project works as required
- Liaise with property managers, contractors, and residents to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation
Requirements
- Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Experience working within residential properties or portfolios
- Sound knowledge of electrical compliance and health & safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence preferred
