We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to join our growing Legal Team, providing legal and administrative support across construction and property matters within our real estate portfolio. The role will support construction projects, refurbishments, and property transactions, ensuring efficient legal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support on live construction, refurbishment, and development projects
- Draft, review, and manage construction and property documentation (contracts, warranties, NDAs, licences, etc.)
- Assist with contract administration, tendering, and procurement processes
- Maintain and track contract registers and project documentation
- Liaise with external solicitors, contractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Support with claims, disputes, compliance, and legal research
Requirements
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent); LPC/SQE or similar desirable
- Experience in a paralegal role, ideally within property, real estate, or construction
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
