We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced HVAC Engineer to join our well-established team, working across a diverse portfolio of hotel and residential properties in Central and Greater London.

The Role

We’re seeking a highly skilled HVAC professional with a strong background in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning, refrigeration systems, and heat pumps. This role spans both high-end hotels and residential buildings, so a strong customer focus and high attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair a range of HVAC systems, including Splits, Multis, VRVs, FCUs, and Heat Pumps, with occasional refrigeration work.
  • Deliver high-quality service across luxury hotel environments and residential properties.
  • Attend emergency breakdowns and occasionally work outside of normal hours to meet client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and site-specific requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of HVAC industry experience.
  • Strong understanding of both commercial and residential HVAC systems.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Proactive and flexible, with a professional, customer-focused approach.

Essential Qualifications

  • F-Gas Certification
  • City & Guilds in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent
  • Safe Handling of Refrigerants
  • CSCS Card
  • PASMA and IPAF (preferred)
