Think 101 tequilas, bold flavours, weekend DJs, and panoramic views over London’s skyline. Now we’re looking for a General Manager with serious presence and personality to take the reins and lead this destination venue into its next big chapter.
Salary: £45,000 + Tronc
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the experience – from doors open to last call, you’ll lead the floor, the team, and the vibe.
- Drive performance – manage P&L, budgets, team targets and guest satisfaction like a pro.
- Inspire the team – hire, train, and motivate a crew that thrives on service, energy, and excellence.
