Criterion Capital is seeking a proactive, independent, and self-motivated Facilities Manager. We are seeking an experienced FM to oversee the maintenance and operation of our buildings and other infrastructures that require attention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Operation: Thorough knowledge and understanding of the maintenance and operation of M&E services.
  • Priority Management: Ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
  • Organisation and Attention to Detail: Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
  • Recommendations and Solutions: Ability to offer practical recommendations and solutions.
  • Compliance and Health & Safety: Ensure compliance and Health & Safety across the portfolio.
  • Work Tracking and Budget Management: Maintain a tracker of works, keep an inventory of spend, and manage budgets efficiently.
  • Contractor Supervision: Oversee and supervise external contractors, ensuring satisfactory completion of works.
  • Meter Readings: Ensure monthly meter readings are completed accurately.
  • Maintenance Oversight: Oversee maintenance for buildings and grounds.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as appropriate to the role.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in facilities management, with a strong understanding of M&E services.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to offer recommendations and solutions.
  • Ability to manage budgets and track expenses.
  • Knowledge of compliance and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Effective communication and supervision skills.
