We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day support to a senior team. This is a varied role that requires excellent organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary & Scheduling Management – Organise and manage complex calendars, prioritise meetings, and ensure efficient use of time.
  • Meeting Coordination – Arrange and prepare for meetings, including agendas, minutes, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Correspondence Handling – Draft, proofread, and manage emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
  • Document & Report Preparation – Prepare presentations, briefing documents, and reports to a high standard.
  • Point of Contact – Act as a liaison between the executive and internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Event & Project Support – Assist with planning and coordination of events, business projects, and ad-hoc initiatives.
  • Office & Administrative Support – Maintain accurate filing systems, expense management, and other administrative duties.
  • Confidential Support – Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Personal Assistance – Provide occasional lifestyle support, such as managing appointments, reservations, and personal errands.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a PA, EA, or senior administrator
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Confident with MS Office and/or Google Workspace
