We’re now looking for a Duty Manager to join our team at Zedwell Piccadilly. As Duty Manager, you’ll be the go-to person on shift, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences at all times. Whether it’s leading the team, solving challenges, or making sure guests feel looked after, you’ll keep everything running with confidence and calm.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and support the front-of-house team, ensuring high standards of service across the hotel.
  • Act as the main point of contact for guests, handling requests, feedback, and any issues with professionalism and care.
  • Oversee daily operations – from check-in to check-out – ensuring a seamless guest journey.
  • Monitor safety, security, and cleanliness standards throughout the property.
  • Support and coach team members to deliver on the Zedwell promise of comfort and calm.
  • Liaise with other departments to keep operations smooth and connected.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in hotel front office or supervisory role (duty manager experience is a plus).
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with a genuine focus on guest service.
  • Organised, proactive, and adaptable – ready to handle the unexpected.
  • Familiarity with Mews PMS (or similar hotel systems) is preferred.
  • Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a rota basis.
