We’re Criterion Hospitality, a hospitality group in London’s West End with four hotels. We’re looking for an experienced, vibrant Guest Service Manager to work across two hotels – Trocadero London Hotel and Indigo 1 Leicester Square – to manage the reception area.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the face of the company and ensure visitors receive a heart-warming welcome.
  • Coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, reservations and guest services.
  • Supervise and lead the front office team to deliver professional and friendly service.
  • Handle guest complaints efficiently and maintain a high standard of customer service aligned with the brand.

Qualifications

  • Stay'nTouch PMS experience – minimum 1 year.
  • Hospitality experience – minimum 2 years.
  • IHG standards and customer loyalty scheme knowledge and experience – minimum 2 years.
