Criterion Hospitality is seeking a creative and strategic Brand Development and Marketing Executive to elevate our brand presence and support the growth of our expanding hotel portfolio. Known for our signature 'cocoon' rooms—designed for tranquillity and comfort—we are launching new locations in London, Edinburgh, and Manchester.

This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with strategic thinking and is eager to make a meaningful impact on a growing hospitality brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management

  • Maintain a consistent and engaging brand identity across all channels, ensuring alignment with Criterion Hospitality’s values and visual style.

Marketing Strategy

  • Plan and deliver marketing campaigns that boost brand awareness, engagement, and bookings, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Content & Social Media

  • Create compelling content for social media, email, blogs, and promotional materials. Manage daily social media activity and foster online engagement.

Performance Analysis

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies and improve results.

Partnerships & PR

  • Support the development of partnerships with influencers, media, and like-minded brands to enhance visibility and reach.

Market Awareness

  • Keep up to date with hospitality and lifestyle trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in brand management, digital marketing, and content creation—ideally within hospitality or a lifestyle brand.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills, with a creative and proactive approach.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
