We are looking for a highly skilled and well-connected Recruiter/Headhunter to support our rapid growth across the hospitality, construction, design, and facilities management sectors. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, the ability to identify exceptional talent in competitive markets, and the confidence to engage senior-level professionals. You will work closely with operational, development, and project teams to deliver high-quality shortlists and secure the best candidates for our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a comprehensive matrix of target companies for focused candidate recruitment.
  • Conduct targeted headhunting, market mapping, and competitor analysis to identify strong passive candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screening and behavioural interviews to assess suitability.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and performance expectations.
  • Provide salary benchmarking and market insights to guide hiring decisions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including recommendations, shortlists, interviews, references, and offers.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with industry professionals to anticipate future hiring needs.
  • Represent the company professionally across the hospitality, construction, design, and facilities management markets.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in headhunting or executive search, ideally within hospitality, construction, design, facilities management, or related industries.
  • Strong network across hotel operations, construction delivery, design studios, or FM environments.
  • Ability to find and engage passive talent with hard-to-source skill sets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong research and market-mapping capability.
  • High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and judgement.
  • Comfortable managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience recruiting for hotels, hospitality groups, contractors, property developers, consultancy firms, design practices, or FM service providers.
  • Familiarity with UK hospitality, construction, design, and FM labour markets, including salary norms and industry challenges.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, and ATS platforms.
