The Creative Lead will report to the Creative Director working Hybrid at our Criterion studio

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Creative Director to develop the Vision for the Campaigns in Battlefield
- Oversee development process from concept to final release collaborating with design, art, programming, and production teams.
- A focus and understanding on Experience and encounter design
- Work with Narrative, Level design, Cinematics and Audio to bring experiences together ensuring continuity and creative agreement
- Ensure the game meets quality standards and player expectations
- Adjust game design based on feedback and player testing results.
- Present project updates to senior management.
- Review all game design content and assets.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to design team members, promoting a positive and creative and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate to ensure the game is completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with external partners, work with marketing and PR teams to promote the game where needed.
- Stay updated with competitors, industry trends and incorporate new technologies
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in game development in a Creative leadership role.
- Experienced with successful game projects, first person shooter games but also acceptable would be in Single Player / Campaign experiences
- Experience creating innovative, immersive, high quality gaming experiences.
- Inspire and motivate a team.
- Ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Experience with play testing and gathering player feedback.
- You will manage budgets and resources
- Experience with multiple game development tools and software.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Deep passion for video games both as a creator and as a player
- Interest in a varied genre of games, especially first person shooters and military themed ones
