We are looking for a proactive, hands-on and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day support to a senior team. This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who is confident working in a busy environment and is able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Experience within hospitality, construction, property, or another fast-moving industry would be highly beneficial, as the role requires someone practical, solutions-focused, and comfortable supporting both office-based and operational matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary & Scheduling Management – Organise and manage busy and complex calendars, prioritise meetings, and ensure efficient use of time.
  • Meeting Coordination – Arrange and prepare for meetings, including agendas, minutes, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Correspondence Handling – Draft, proofread, and manage emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
  • Document & Report Preparation – Prepare presentations, briefing documents, and reports to a high standard.
  • Point of Contact – Act as a key liaison between the executive and internal teams, clients, contractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
  • Event & Project Support – Assist with the planning and coordination of events, business projects, site visits, and ad-hoc initiatives.
  • Office & Administrative Support – Maintain accurate filing systems, manage expenses, support day-to-day office requirements, and assist with general administrative duties.
  • Confidential Support – Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Personal Assistance – Provide occasional lifestyle support, such as managing appointments, reservations, and personal errands.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a PA, EA, senior administrator, office manager, or similar support role.
  • Experience within hospitality, construction, property, or a fast-paced operational environment is highly desirable.
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Confident using MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
