Criterion Capital is a leading London real estate investment and development company delivering high-profile commercial projects across the West End and Central London. We are seeking a highly analytical Commercial Analyst to support our Commercial team, applying data-driven and evidence-based approaches to cost planning, development performance and capital expenditure management. This is a non-traditional role, combining commercial analysis, quantitative modelling and core quantity surveying principles to improve cost certainty, governance and development outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop cost models and analyse project performance using quantitative methods.
- Support cost planning, forecasting and CAPEX tracking across development projects.
- Analyse cost variances, risks and contractor submissions using data-led approaches.
- Produce structured commercial insights to support decision-making.
- Assist procurement analysis and commercial governance processes.
- Build analytical frameworks to improve efficiency and cost transparency.
About You
- Background in Quantity Surveying, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, Mathematics or similar analytical discipline.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with advanced Excel/modelling capability.
