The Role
We are looking for a hands-on and passionate Utility Broker to manage, procure, and optimise all utility services across our commercial portfolio. This is an active role suited to someone who enjoys getting into the detail, solving problems, and taking ownership — not just advising from a distance. The role goes beyond energy and covers the full range of utilities required to operate commercial buildings efficiently, while supporting cost recovery and tenant billing in line with lease agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Take a hands‑on role in managing utilities across commercial properties, including:
- Electricity and gas
- Water and sewerage
About You
- Proven experience as a Utility Broker, ideally within commercial property portfolios
- Strong knowledge of multi‑utility procurement, not energy‑only

- Passionate about delivering value, efficiency, and high service standards
- Confident negotiator with strong commercial awareness
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
What We Offer
- Opportunity to work closely with a high‑quality commercial portfolio
