Criterion Capital is seeking a driven and hands-on Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of a major fit-out project. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in transforming a commercial space into a high-quality hotel development.

The Role

  • You will take full responsibility for on-site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day site management and coordinate labour and subcontractors
  • Drive programme delivery, taking corrective action where required
  • Liaise with contractors, architects, and quantity surveyors throughout the construction phase
  • Represent the company at external meetings
  • Monitor progress against key milestones and provide regular reporting
  • Maintain accurate site records and documentation
  • Motivate and manage site teams to maximise productivity
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and all statutory requirements

About You

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience successfully managing construction sites
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, design, and defect prevention
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in residential or hotel conversion projects (highly desirable)
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
  • SMSTS & First Aid
