Piccadilly Construction, our in-house Contraction Management Team, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to assist with the purchasing and procurement. This role requires someone to assist the procurement team in all administrative activities relating to our construction procurement department.
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Setting up new accounts
- Looking after the plant hire reports
- Assisting with the purchasing as and when needed
- Preparing regular rebate reports
- General administration duties
- Other duties as required by the employer
A demonstrable understanding of construction industry procurement is preferred. A ‘can-do’ attitude with a willingness to challenge conventional thinking is essential. A pro-active, positive thinking, commercially minded approach with the ability to work at pace is required.
Good communication skills (written, oral) and the ability to plan and prioritise workloads are important. A relevant qualification is desirable but not essential.
