We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day support to a senior team. This is a varied role that requires excellent organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Diary & Scheduling Management β Organise and manage complex calendars, prioritise meetings, and ensure efficient use of time. Meeting Coordination β Arrange and prepare for meetings, including agendas, minutes, presentations, and follow-ups. Correspondence Handling β Draft, proofread, and manage emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of the executive. Document & Report Preparation β Prepare presentations, briefing documents, and reports to a high standard. Point of Contact β Act as a liaison between the executive and internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. Event & Project Support β Assist with planning and coordination of events, business projects, and ad-hoc initiatives. Office & Administrative Support β Maintain accurate filing systems, expense management, and other administrative duties. Confidential Support β Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Personal Assistance β Provide occasional lifestyle support, such as managing appointments, reservations, and personal errands.
