Criterion Capital is looking for a proactive and detail-driven BIM Technician (MEP) to join our technical delivery team in London. If you thrive in a collaborative BIM environment and take pride in producing accurate, well-coordinated models, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality BIM models and drawings across mechanical, electrical, and public health services, working closely with engineers and design teams on a diverse range of projects.
What You’ll Be Doing- Developing and maintaining MEP BIM models using Revit
- Producing coordinated 2D and 3D drawings across MEP disciplines
- Coordinating models and supporting clash detection (e.g. Navisworks)
- Implementing design intent alongside engineers and designers
- Managing model updates across all project stages
- Ensuring compliance with BIM Level 2 / ISO 19650 standards
- Supporting BIM Execution Plans and project workflows
- Proven experience as a BIM Technician (MEP) or similar
- Strong proficiency in Revit MEP
- Solid understanding of MEP building services systems
- Experience producing coordinated models and technical drawings
- Familiarity with BIM standards and common data environments
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, or BIM 360
- Knowledge of clash detection and coordination workflows
- Understanding of ISO 19650 processes
- Background in mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering
