Criterion Capital is looking for a hands-on Asset Manager to take responsibility for a commercial property portfolio across London. This role is about getting into the detail—driving income, managing leasing activity, and pushing performance across each asset. You’ll be expected to take ownership, make decisions, and work closely with agents, tenants and internal teams to make sure the portfolio is performing as it should.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Taking ownership of asset performance across the portfolio
  • Driving income through leasing, rent reviews and renewals
  • Working closely with agents to reduce voids and improve commercial terms
  • Managing budgets, income and arrears, with a clear focus on cash flow
  • Keeping on top of day-to-day issues and making sure nothing stalls
  • Identifying opportunities to improve assets and increase value
  • Overseeing managing agents and holding them to account
  • Staying across compliance and making sure risks are managed properly
