Criterion Capital is expanding, and we are looking for a Junior Asset Manager to support the management of our growing portfolio. This role will focus on service charge reconciliations, budgeting, and day-to-day operational support, working closely with senior team members to ensure our properties are managed to a high standard.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to develop their commercial property and asset management expertise. You will gain hands-on experience across service charge cycles, financial reporting, and operational processes, while contributing to improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and best practice.
