We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day support to a senior team. This is a varied role that requires excellent organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary & Scheduling Management – Organise and manage complex calendars, prioritise meetings, and ensure efficient use of time.
- Meeting Coordination – Arrange and prepare for meetings, including agendas, minutes, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Correspondence Handling – Draft, proofread, and manage emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
- Document & Report Preparation – Prepare presentations, briefing documents, and reports to a high standard.
- Point of Contact – Act as a liaison between the executive and internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Event & Project Support – Assist with planning and coordination of events, business projects, and ad-hoc initiatives.
- Office & Administrative Support – Maintain accurate filing systems, expense management, and other administrative duties.
- Confidential Support – Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Personal Assistance – Provide occasional lifestyle support, such as managing appointments, reservations, and personal errands.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a PA, EA, or senior administrator
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Confident with MS Office and/or Google Workspace
