We are seeking a BIM / Clash Detection Manager to lead the development, coordination, and implementation of BIM workflows across the project lifecycle. This newly created role will unify and enhance digital design, clash detection, and information management processes to support efficient delivery, robust decision‑making, and high‑quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead BIM strategy, standards, and templates for Criterion Capital, aligned with ISO 19650.
  • Oversee BIM coordination across all active projects, ensuring consistent information management and model quality.
  • Manage and execute clash detection processes, including model audits, federated model reviews, and issue tracking.
  • Support project teams and external consultants with BIM setup, model structuring, naming conventions, and workflows.
  • Provide training, guidance, and technical support to internal teams on BIM tools and procedures.
  • Monitor digital delivery performance and identify improvements in drawing standards, data structure, component libraries, and model workflows.
  • Contribute to project delivery on key schemes, ensuring BIM requirements and Level 2 processes are embedded from concept to handover.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a BIM Manager, BIM Lead, Senior BIM Coordinator, or Digital Engineering Lead within architecture, design, engineering, or construction.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 19650 standards and BIM Level 2 delivery.
  • Ability to develop, implement, and embed BIM strategy and governance across multiple projects and teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of modern digital tools (Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, modelling and auditing plug‑ins).
  • Strong communication skills with the capability to coordinate across multidisciplinary design and construction teams.
