Criterion Capital/Piccadilly Construction is seeking a Document Controller to manage the internal document systems with our construction division.

Job Overview

The right person needs to manage the internal document systems and ensure that all documents are filed correctly, that they are up to date and the latest version. To ensure that all documents are distributed in accordance with the PMP.

  • Act as Criterion Capitals point of contact for all drawing and document control issues
  • Ensure that all information is recorded and retained on central document management system
  • Review and control of document management protocols
  • Archiving historical documentation
  • Produce weekly report of information logged and circulate
  • Completion, maintenance, and monitoring of records
  • Ensure proper records maintained for document distribution
  • Archive superseded documents
  • Visiting site to assist team members with using the document control systems

About You

  • Experience with document controlling within construction
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Procore
  • Outstanding organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills with Clients, Professional Teams, Team Members, and Supply Chain.
  • Ability to lead meetings to review project information.
  • Able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Work well as part of a team and independently, using initiative.
  • Flexible with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
