About the role We’re looking for a motivated Assistant to Procurement / Admin to help coordinate quotes and jobs for on‑site work across the UK.

You’ll be the link between our operations team and the companies we work with, making sure we always have fast, accurate quotes and clean tracking so jobs move smoothly from enquiry to completed work.

This is a full‑time entry‑level role.

No previous experience is required — full training is provided — but you do need to be organised and willing to work hard.

What you’ll do Call companies (e. g. contractors, trades, service providers) to request and follow up on quotes for on‑site work.

Send and reply to emails with quote requests, clarifications and updates.

Collect, organise and input quote details into tracking sheets (Google Sheets).

Keep all tracking sheets up to date: status, prices, dates, contact info and job notes.

Chase missing information or delayed responses to ensure we always have a complete picture.

Communicate clearly with the operations team when quotes are received, approved or need changes.

Follow a simple process/checklist so every job is logged correctly and nothing gets missed.

What we’re looking for You don’t need formal experience, but you do need the right attitude: Strong work ethic: comfortable spending the day on calls, emails and spreadsheets.

Clear, confident communication in English (phone and email).

Basic computer skills and comfort using Google Sheets or Excel.

Good attention to detail: you notice mistakes in numbers, names and dates.

Organised and reliable: able to follow processes and keep on top of multiple jobs at once.

Willingness to learn about procurement, admin and operations in a service‑based business.
