Key Responsibilities

  • Source, negotiate, and secure competitive utility contracts

  • Review consumption data, invoices, and supplier performance to identify savings
  • Actively monitor market trends and recommend procurement strategies
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with utility suppliers and service providers
  • Work closely with asset and property management teams on utility matters
  • Support utility cost recovery and tenant billing, ensuring alignment with lease terms
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation
  • Drive efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement across the portfolio
About You
  • Proven experience as a Utility Broker, ideally within commercial property portfolios
  • Strong knowledge of multi‑utility procurement, not energy‑only
  • Hands‑on, proactive, and detail‑oriented approach
  • Passionate about delivering value, efficiency, and high service standards
  • Confident negotiator with strong commercial awareness
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
