As Senior Product Manager for Integrations & Extensibility, you will discover and define how the CDSP ("Criteo DSP") connects to the broader agency and partner ecosystem. You will own the API and MCP integration strategy that allows agencies to activate and manage CDSP campaigns directly from their proprietary tools, while also leading the third-party integrations required for audience, identity, media-quality, and measurement. Additionally, you will oversee the financial and pricing model for CDSP, ensuring the platform is both commercially scalable and aligned with retailer and brand needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Own the API & MCP integration roadmap, enabling agencies to activate, manage, and optimize CDSP campaigns directly from their proprietary tools through secure, well-designed APIs and Model Context Protocol connections.
- Design scalable, robust public APIs, SDKs, and webhooks—in close collaboration with engineering—that expose CDSP capabilities across campaign creation, audience activation, targeting, optimization inputs, and reporting.
- Define the agentic/MCP integration framework, ensuring external AI agents can interact safely and consistently with CDSP for campaign setup, insights, and optimization of the automation.
- Lead third-party integrations across audience, identity, media-quality, and measurement vendors—working in tight partnership with shared-service PMs responsible for underlying platforms.
- Define the developer's experience, including authentication, sandbox environments, partner onboarding workflows, documentation standards, and versioning strategies.
- Own the CDSP financial model, working with Pricing & Financial Gateway PMs to shape pricing structures, partner billing rules, integration costs, and economic implications of external partnerships.
- Collaborate across internal product groups (optimization, supply, creatives, data marketplace, reporting) to ensure CDSP APIs align with shared schemas, business logic, and data models.
- Monitor agency, programmatic, and identity ecosystem trends, ensuring CDSP keeps pace with industry leaders like Google DV, The Trade Desk, and Amazon Ads—while preparing for next-generation, agent-driven workflows.
- Champion CDSP externally and internally, serving as the advocate for developer experience, partner enablement, and technical interoperability.
Who You Are:
- Experienced: 5+ years in product management, with a strong background in API platform development, agency technology integrations, programmatic advertising, or ecosystem interoperability.
- Technical: Comfortable working with engineering on API design, data schemas, authentication protocols, eventing systems, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations.
- Ecosystem-Savvy: Deep understanding of agency workflows and proprietary tools, and how DSPs integrate with identity, audience, measurement, and media-quality partners.
- Strategic: Able to translate partner requirements and industry trends into scalable API frameworks and extensible integration models.
- Customer-Focused: An advocate for developers, agencies, and external partners—ensuring integrations are intuitive, reliable, and high-value.
- Analytical & Problem-Solver: Skilled at prioritizing integrations based on impact, feasibility, and long-term scalability.
- Autonomous & Action-Oriented: Comfortable leading complex cross-functional workstreams with minimal oversight and high accountability.
- Collaborative: Builds strong working relationships with engineering, AI, Pricing & Billing, Reporting, and other shared-service PMs.
- Influential Storyteller: Able to communicate technical concepts clearly to executives, partners, and engineering teams.
- Fluent in English.
