As Senior Product Manager for Agency Buying Enablement, you will own the product experience that allows agencies and holding companies to operate on Criteo’s demand platform independently, at scale, and as a first‑class buying solution. You will define and deliver the foundational infrastructure agencies need: a scalable account model, scoped permissions, seat identity, and the operational controls required to manage large books of business efficiently. This role sits at the core of Criteo’s agency strategy and works in close coordination with PMs responsible for API and MCP integrations, financial and pricing models, measurement & reporting and campaign activation. You will be the internal expert on how agencies actually work, and the person accountable for translating that expertise into product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the agency account model: Define how agencies and their clients are structured on the platform, including hierarchy design, delegation rules, and account onboarding.
- Design for scale, so the model works for a single agency today and for a large holding company managing many advertisers tomorrow.
- Lead seat management: Deliver a stable buyer seat identity per agency, addressable by SSPs for deal targeting, PMP eligibility, and post-auction discounts.
- Enable deal buying: Own the product experience for agency-led deal buying, including private marketplace deals, preferred deals, and programmatic guaranteed.
- Define the permission model and agency workspace: Design role-based access controls with scoped advertiser access.
- Drive bulk operations: Define and prioritize the bulk creation, editing, and management capabilities that make the platform operationally viable for large trading teams.
- Own agency reporting: Define the reporting layer agencies need, including seat-level views, role-based report access, aggregated dashboards, and data export capabilities.
- Enable programmatic access to agency workflows: Define the agency-facing API and MCP requirements for account management, delegation, and workspace operations.
- Partner with agencies to co-build: Work directly with agency partners to validate product decisions and ensure the platform reflects how agencies actually operate.
- Support the agency financial model: Coordinate with the PM responsible for pricing and billing to ensure fee controls, margin management, and billing delegation work coherently.
- Monitor the agency and programmatic ecosystem: Stay current on how agencies work and what they expect from demand platforms.
Who You Are:
- Experienced: 5+ years in product management, ideally with exposure to programmatic advertising, agency workflows, or enterprise B2B platforms.
- Familiar with how agencies operate: You have a working understanding of how trading teams are organized and how they manage campaigns at scale.
- Comfortable working with technical teams: You can engage meaningfully with engineering on product design.
- Platform-minded: You think in systems, not features.
- Collaborative by default: This role depends on tight coordination with adjacent PMs across various functions.
- Customer-obsessed: You build for the agency trader managing a large book of business who cannot afford operational friction.
Benefits:
