What You'll Do
At Criteo, Retail Media is reshaping the way brands and retailers grow, connecting high-intent shoppers with relevant products through powerful onsite and offsite advertising, retailer first-party data, and measurable commerce outcomes. .
As a Sales Manager, you'll help leading Luxury, Health and beauty brands, and agencies turn media investment into growth while driving new business and expanding existing relationships.
You will be working with some of the largest & well-known brands and agencies, to draw up sales account plans, be responsible for forecasting to achieve quarterly targets and facilitate joint business planning meetings as well as strategic growth development conversations.
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and close.
- Build and manage a pipeline of major new business and growth opportunities across multiple products.
- Develop account plans, maintain accurate forecasts, and deliver against quarterly targets.
- Grow relationships with leading Health, Beauty, and Luxury brands and agencies at all levels.
- Manage agency partnerships from initial engagement through post-sale to generate sustainable, repeat business.
- Lead client meetings, pitches, agency days, and bespoke events with confidence.
- Use campaign KPIs, including ROAS, to identify opportunities and shape compelling solutions.
- Partner closely with Account Strategy, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver client value.
- Stay informed on Retail Media trends and translate market insights into new business opportunities.
- Represent Criteo at relevant industry events and build a strong professional network.
Who You Are
- Proven experience in digital media sales, including display, search, or e-commerce.
- Experience working with and selling through media agencies.
- A strong track record of winning new business, ideally with Tier 1 Health, Beauty, or Luxury clients.
- Confident face-to-face client presence and strong presentation skills.
- Ability to own client relationships, solve problems independently, and handle objections effectively.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills across seniority levels.
- Commercially minded, results-driven, and collaborative.
- Ability to translate client business needs into timely, personalised solutions.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as BANT, MEDPICC, or LAER.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
