Commerce Grid, Criteo\’s Curation & SSP Platform, harnesses the power of commerce to amplify advertiser outcomes, maximize publisher revenue and help retailers unlock the true value of their shopper data.
In keeping with the continued growth and maturity of our business, Criteo seeks an experienced sales professional to represent the CommerceGrid platform and develop commercial agreements with media agencies and data curators in UK/Holland. The right candidate will be a strong sales person and will own outreach efforts with prospects/new clients with the objective of scaling demand for the global supply-side business.
Serving as the commercial point of contact for agencies in UK/Holland, this role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new engagements as well as working with the Agency Team in the UK to support the growth of sales.
This role requires a proven combination of industry networking, solution, and commercial expertise to ensure the delivery of high-performing, deeply integrated solutions that meet and exceed a client’s goals and expectations.
Sales representatives are expected to lead and manage deal execution from proposal to activation, before handing over to the client services team for ongoing management. The role will require collaboration across EMEA teams across different business units and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a sales leader targeting new agency partners to drive meaningful revenues with Commerce Grid.
- Proactively identify opportunities, responding to requests and come up with creative solutions to increase revenue.
- Utilize agency relationships within the industry to drive new business efforts.
- Provide input on market requirements for new products and product innovation.
- Represent CommerceGrid at relevant industry summits and networking events to develop/mature pipeline.
- Reinforce Commerce Grid’s brand positioning and reputation through market-facing thought leadership, speaking engagements, and trade pieces.
Who You Are:
- Significant experience selling advertising and/or technology and technology-based solutions to media agencies, and technology intermediaries with a successful proven track record.
- Previous experience working with Programmatic Advertising Technologies (Ad Exchanges, Deal IDs, RTB, DSPs, DMPs, SSPs, etc.) with experience selling solutions to media agencies.
- Expert knowledge and network within the programmatic teams in media agencies.
- Strong qualitative and quantitative background with experience developing winning solution strategies and supporting business cases.
- Effective “quarterback” with experience leading and coordinating with internal/external stakeholders throughout the client acquisition life cycle, including: qualification, solution development, proposal and pricing, negotiations, contracting, establishment, and renewal.
- Exposure to the advertising industry, online media trading, advertising technology solutions, and ad network business models, together with industry relationships commensurate with the seniority of this position.
- Strong communication and presentation skills who can convert our capabilities into clear, concise and compelling benefits for prospective customers.
- Self-starter with ability to produce under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrable passion for learning new technologies.
