What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client types leveraging Criteo’s Commerce Grid SSP, including agencies and publishers.
  • Create, optimise, deliver, and report on Curated Deals in coordination with our programmatic ops team.
  • Advise clients on how to best leverage Criteo’s Commerce Intelligence capabilities – including Insights, Audiences, and Measurement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their business goals, scaling existing deals, and securing recurring budgets.
  • Partner closely with Criteo Agency Sales teams to drive spend from agency media teams and educate them on Commerce Grid value propositions, including Commerce Audiences.
  • Proactively manage and anticipate client needs, providing ongoing consultation on best practices and delivering quarterly business reviews.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, continuous optimization, and issue resolution for clients.
  • Regularly provide performance reporting and insights, identifying opportunities to upsell or improve performance.
  • Support the timely completion of all RFPs and RFIs relevant to Commerce Grid Curation.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Technical, and Analytics teams to troubleshoot issues, communicate client needs, and shape the development and prioritization of new features.
  • Identify, sell, and implement new tactics and technologies that strengthen publisher relationships and drive incremental growth.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Criteo’s Commerce Grid capabilities, articulating their value to stakeholders as a Subject Matter Expert.
  • Represent clients internally within Criteo and externally during industry events and client visits.
  • Monitor market trends and industry shifts to ensure the SSP is meeting client expectations and staying competitive.

Who You Are

  • 7–10+ years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic, or e-commerce, ideally within an SSP, DSP, or ad tech environment.
  • Proven track record of managing client or partner relationships and driving measurable account growth.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic monetization, ad serving, inventory management, and digital marketing ecosystems.
  • Experience managing curated deals and DSP campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and commercial audiences.
  • Highly organized with strong time, project, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in cross‑functional, international environments.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating independently in fast‑paced and evolving contexts.
