What You\’ll Do:
Criteo provides technology and commercial capabilities that enable retailers to generate trade, brand, and agency revenues from partners who sell products within their store or online. Brands and sellers use sponsored products and display advertising (on-site) and a variety of off-site formats (display, video, CTV) to engage customers throughout their journey, aiming to increase sales and foster loyalty. \”Commerce Media\” connects retailers\’ 1PD, commerce audiences, and digital assets to ensure relevancy and enable personalized product promotions relevant to shoppers.
We are seeking an Account Strategist for Criteo\’s UK Retail Media team. In this role, you will partner with leading UK brands & agencies to drive growth and success in their Retail Media business. You will be responsible for managing all account elements, from forecasting and creating opportunities to rolling out new products and meeting client goals. Success will be measured by revenue targets and your ability to grow your client portfolio. Therefore, deep product and industry knowledge, along with strong client relationship skills, are essential.
What youโll do:

Provide strategic account management to advertisers to ensure retention and satisfaction.

Develop and maintain strong client partnerships through effective communication, both online and face-to-face.

Participate in client business reviews, communicating performance optimizations and future plans.

Build Key Account Plans and collaborate with Sales Managers to identify opportunities supporting client goals.

Escalate client issues internally as needed.

Negotiate additional budgets and upsell new products.

Manage opportunity pipeline for existing clients accurately.

Partner with support teams (Sales, AdOps, Analytics, Finance) for optimal strategy and campaign setup.

Maintain extensive product knowledge through internal relationships.

Identify industry trends, understand what makes campaigns successful, and apply learnings to grow accounts.
Who You Are:

Relevant experience in AdTech managing revenue-accountable clients.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proven ability to grow revenue and upsell, with influencing and negotiating skills.

Self-motivated, confident, and able to deliver outstanding service.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with eCommerce is a plus.
