Job Summary:
The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and organizational development. This role ensures the HR department operates efficiently and aligns with the organization’s strategic goals. This role will require the development of a HR system in co-ordination with Top Management and The Systems Compliance Manager.
