Restaurants is a group of independent and design-lead restaurants and wine bars in Central London, consisting of Crispin, Bar Crispin, Bistro Freddie, Crispin x Studio Voltaire and Crispin Events & Catering. What you’ll be doing:

  • Run your section with skill, focus, and flair during service
  • Cook thoughtful, seasonal dishes with top-quality produce
  • Keep your mis en place sharp, clean, and organised
  • Communicate clearly and support a smooth, positive kitchen flow
  • Own your prep and stock, and help lift up the team
  • Share your knowledge and support junior chefs
  • Bring energy, pride, and passion to every shift
