You will contribute to supporting all aspects of the customer services provided. This role requires a German speaker and would really suit someone who is confident, sociable, proactive, and enjoys taking ownership of their work. A previous business degree would work really well for this opportunity but is not essential.
Responsibilities:
- Looking after the German marketplace.
- Experienced in delivering high-quality customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face, ensuring every customer receives a professional, friendly, and efficient experience.
- Confident in handling customer enquiries, resolving issues promptly, and managing complaints with empathy while maintaining a positive customer journey.
- Skilled in processing orders, updating customer records, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring accurate, timely completion of all administrative tasks.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload, meet deadlines, and maintain excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive and personable team player who builds strong customer relationships, consistently achieves service standards, and contributes to improving customer satisfaction.
