Job Description
Sales Support Administrator
Salary: £28,000 -£30,000
Benefits: 25 days holiday, 6% pension and private healthcare
Duration: Permanent
Location: Hatfield
Hours- Mon-Fri – 9.00am – 5.00pm – Hybrid working

Purpose of role
- Dealing with customer queries and enquiries while ensuring accurate seamless order processing
- Investigating and rectifying any issues
Responsibilities
- First point of contact for customers
- Processing and scheduling B2B orders using SAP
- Using client portal to review and prioritise orders
- Getting quotes from couriers and arranging special deliveries
- Make necessary amendments to scheduled orders
- Feedback any issues / delays on purchase orders to customers and rectify issues accordingly
- Stock management
- Sending CoA’s, invoicing, credit notes
