Job Overview
Join a growing and innovative team as an Industrial Designer, where you'll bring ideas to life from initial concept through to production. Using industry-leading CAD software, you'll design and develop exciting products across 5/6 different categories. We're looking for someone with a strong blend of creativity, technical expertise, and attention to detail, who enjoys turning great ideas into commercially successful products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative products from concept through to production.
- Create high-quality 3D renders and visual presentations for internal and customer use.
- Produce CAD models, technical drawings, and manufacturing specifications for multi-component products.
- Select suitable materials, finishes, and production methods for each project.
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers throughout development and sampling stages.
- Review prototypes and samples to ensure quality standards and design requirements are met.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial design within a studio, agency, or in-house environment.
- Proficiency in parametric CAD software such as Siemens NX, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
- Experience with rendering software (Cinema 4D preferred, but not essential).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including injection moulding, vacuum forming, casting, and CNC machining.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
