Our client is a well-established and international consumer goods manufacturer and distributor, known for designing innovative, high-quality products distributed globally. This role will lead the development of new products from concept through to launch, managing a structured three-year product pipeline. You will work closely with design teams, commercial departments and international suppliers to ensure products are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with business goals.

  • Manage the full product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Deliver a rolling three-year product development pipeline.
  • Coordinate with design teams and overseas suppliers and manufacturing partners, particularly in China, throughout the development and production process.
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines, cost targets and compliance requirements.
  • Analyse market trends, sales data and competitor products to identify new opportunities.

Experience in product management or new product development.

Strong project management and organisational skills.

Experience managing physical product development.

Commercial awareness including pricing and forecasting.
