Crisp Pizza at The Marlborough is looking for a Senior Restaurant Manager / Assistant General Manager to join a busy, high-performing restaurant in Mayfair. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a strong focus on quality, service, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead service from the floor, visible and in control
- Manage and develop the FOH team
- Oversee guest experience, service flow, and waitlists
- Deliver high-volume service without compromising standards
- Support recruitment, training, and team development
- Maintain standards across service, cleanliness, and presentation
- Work closely with bar and kitchen teams
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery
- Support rotas, labour control, and reporting
About You
- Proven experience as a Senior Restaurant Manager or AGM
- Background in high-volume, quality-led venues
- Strong floor presence and leadership skills
- Calm under pressure and decisive
- Highly organised and hands-on
- Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
- Experience with reservations systems (SevenRooms preferred)
