About the position

The Product Marketing Manager will play a critical role in turning emerging data and analytics products into industry leaders and building out successful new go-to-market motions. Their work is an important part of realizing Crisp's vision: helping suppliers and retailers leverage data to keep shelves stocked, grow their businesses, and reduce waste. The Product Marketing Manager will own all activities for their product areas, including messaging and positioning, content, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and more while partnering directly with leaders across the product and commercial organization. This role reports to the Director of Product Marketing, with ample opportunity for growth.

What you'll work on:

  • Own product marketing for multiple products in Crisp's portfolio, with CPG and retail leaders as the core customer persona
  • Work with product teams on beta programs, launch planning, and product messaging
  • Collaborate closely with commercial teams on sales enablement, training, and customer collateral, continuously soliciting feedback and customer signals
  • Lead product launches, coordinating across teams to gain alignment and meet deadlines
  • Develop messaging and positioning for emerging products while continuously refining Crisp's enterprise story
  • Conduct competitive research to enable teams to sell effectively and market Crisp's key differentiators
  • Draft customer-facing materials including emails, leave-behinds, website copy, and more
