You bring a keen eye for detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment. You’re comfortable working independently, collaborating across teams, and handling sensitive information with discretion. Experience with SaaS agreements, an interest in technology (including AI), and familiarity with GDPR will set you apart.

- Developing and maintaining contract templates, clause libraries, and negotiation playbooks to drive standardisation
- Supporting litigation and dispute matters in collaboration with legal counsel
- Managing projects and contributing to the continuous improvement of legal processes and systems
What You Will Bring:

- High level of autonomy, initiative, and problem-solving capability
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, DocuSign, and document/matter management systems (e.g., Legal Tracker, OneDrive)
