Location & Job Type

• Location: London, UK – Living within commuting distance to London is preferable.
• Department: Close Protection Operative.
• Job Type: Full‑time | 183hrs per month.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experienced Close Protection professionals who are calm under pressure and composed in crisis.
• Discreet, reliable, and professional at all times.
• Effective communicators with high situational awareness.

What You Will Work On

• Providing physical protection and a secure presence for clients and assets.
• Conducting advanced site assessments and planning secure routes.
• Acting as a first responder in emergencies and critical situations.
• Monitoring and reporting on any suspicious or unusual activity.
• Ensuring compliance with security protocols and Crisis24 standards.
• Supporting secure transportation logistics, including driving duties where necessary.
• Maintaining a high level of readiness and professionalism at all times.

This role balances proactive risk mitigation with responsive crisis management in a professional corporate setting.

Who You Will Work With

• Executive and administrative teams.
• Security leadership.
• External partners and local law enforcement (when needed).
• Collaboration with a highly trained team of security professionals within Crisis24’s corporate security unit.

What You Will Bring

• Proven experience in Close Protection, security, or similar protective services.
• Exceptional situational awareness and decision‑making under pressure.
• Valid SIA Close Protection License.
• Valid First Aid/Trauma Medical Certification (FPOS I or Frec 3).
• Full UK driving license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A discreet, trustworthy, and professional demeanour.
• Good literacy and IT skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in executive protection.
• Military, law enforcement, or specialised security training background.
• Advanced medical training.
• Good knowledge of London.
