To support our ambitious growth objectives, Crisis24 is looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager (Risk Solutions) to join our high-performing sales team and drive new business revenue through corporate sales across the UK and Northern Europe. This is a senior individual contributor role within our global sales function, focused on winning new logos and owning the full end-to-end sales cycle. The role can be based in either our Bournemouth or London office.
You will be responsible for developing and executing your own sales plan, building a sustainable pipeline, and positioning Crisis24βs risk and security solutions with corporate clients. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a consultative, solution-led sales environment and engaging senior stakeholders across complex organisations.
What You Will Work On- Presenting and selling Crisis24βs full suite of services across travel risk management and emergency communications, global assistance, risk consulting, and executive protection, with a focus on annual recurring revenue.
- Developing and executing a sales plan and capture strategy that identifies priority sectors, target accounts, key decision-makers, renewal cycles, client pain points, and growth opportunities.
- Generating pipeline through a mix of outbound prospecting, networking, LinkedIn and email outreach, inbound leads, and referrals.
- Managing RFPs and bids, including qualification, coordination, proposal development, and submission.
- Building, managing, and maintaining a healthy individual pipeline with sufficient coverage to meet sales targets.
- Owning the full sales lifecycle: prospecting β discovery β solution demonstration β proposal β presentation β negotiation β close.
- Developing a strong understanding of Crisis24βs value proposition, solutions, and the wider risk management and security landscape.
- Accurately recording and managing all sales activity and forecasts within Salesforce.
- Proven experience in new business B2B sales within a complex or consultative sales environment (e.g. SaaS, risk, security, travel, or adjacent enterprise services).
- A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding new business sales targets.
- Experience in generating and managing your own pipeline and maintaining a high level of sales activity.
- Confidence in engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers within corporate organisations.
- Experience managing and responding to RFPs and creating client-focused proposals.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills, particularly when selling subscription-based or platform solutions.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, with Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
- A proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Experience selling risk management, security, travel-related, or insurance-adjacent solutions.
- Familiarity with corporate travel, duty of care, or crisis management environments.
This role will report directly to the Sales Director, Northern Europe and will be based in Bournemouth or London, with flexible working options available.
CompensationCrisis24 offers a competitive base salary and commission structure. Commission is uncapped.
