What You Will Work On
- Managerial Responsibilities: Work with the Director AHR to develop and execute strategy for All Hazards Response. Fulfil role of a Case Manager for AHR by carrying out a daily operational review of cases to ensure that response is of the highest quality and that consultants and clients are fully supported. As a Case Manager, you will ensure that the assigned Response Consultant is supported, that casework is appropriately documented and that insurance partners are updated at agreed cadence(s). Engagement in the constant effort to improve processes for greater quality of service to clients and underwriters and efficiency of internal mechanisms. Work and align with fellow AHR Case Manager, coordinating across cases to ensure Director AHR has full visibility of developments.
- Operational Responsibilities: Serve as Response Consultant on cases, deployed as necessary and participating directly with client’s crisis management teams. Periodically, act as Response Duty Officer, responding to out-of-hours calls to triage and advise on client requirements. Execution of CSC’s risk and crisis management consulting services globally. Maintenance and management of appropriate resources to support in the delivery of CSC’s risk and crisis management consulting services globally.
- Business Development: In collaboration with CSC’s management team, conduct business development (BD) activities, including pitches to support underwriters’ BD with key clients as well as engagement with brokers and potential direct retained clients directly. Work with Regional Directors to drive new business development of 'pre-incident' consulting services globally. Account management and development of existing client relationships. Collaborate with our global Crisis24 and GardaWorld teams. Adhere to all necessary administrative and accounting protocols.

- Internally: Crisis24: CSC Response Consultants and CSC Consulting team worldwide, Associate Threat Consultant (ATC) team and management, wider Crisis24 Integrated Risks Management (IRM) and Global Protective Services (PSG) teams, GardaWorld team/s in EMEA, US and Canada.
- Externally: Clients, insurance underwriters and brokers, client’s insureds, information sources and third-party providers.
Who You Will Report To
You will report to the Director All Hazards Response but will work across Response Group and wider CSC – supporting cases in Special Risks, All-Hazards including Cyber Response, Product Risks, and Consulting as required. Will work closely with the AHR Practice Lead and second AHR Case Manager to manage cases, support assigned Response Consultants, deploy on response cases where required and build the brand and profile of Crisis24.
Accountability
- Delivery of revenue through no-fail response support to clients, new business development tenders and proposals.
- Strategic and day-to-day CRM.
- Execution of Response Group case management and response consultant services to the highest standards.
- Execution of strategic level and other consulting services.
- Execution of defined administrative tasks.
- Participation in company performance management cycle.

To issue proposals and RFPs as required.
What You Will Bring
- Exceptional working knowledge of Security Risk and Crisis Management – Best Practice and Industry Standards.
- 10 years' relevant previous experience in a security, intelligence, risk or crisis management environment, including experience in a business development role, with a proven track record of meeting commercial sales targets.
- Risk analysis and mitigation skills - strong analytical capabilities in identifying, evaluating, and developing mitigation strategies for security and operational risks across various threat environments.
- Extensive travel experience globally.
- Cultural adaptability, able to work within diverse international environments with understanding of relevant cultural sensitivities.
- A good understanding of relevant insurance markets.
- Competent skills with office-based software; MS Office.
- At least one relevant security risk management qualification (CSMP, CPP, PSP or other).
- Preferred: Fluency in a second language such as Spanish or French.
- Crisis Response experience.
